Learned advocate Mr. Ghansawdh h/f Mr. Thorat appearing for the petitioner, submits that, Public Interest Litigation was filed in respect of directions to respondent nos.1 to 3 to make inquiry in respect of malpractice committed during the examination i.e. through 'Maha Pariksha Portal'. He submits that, now by passage of time, the Government has discontinued the 'Mahaportal.' Under the said circumstance, Public Interest Litigation has become infructuous.
