This Civil Application is for restoration of Writ Petition (ST) No. 16962/2021 came to be dismissed for non removal of office objection by order dated 14/02/2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial). 2.

It is a contention of learned Counsel for the Applicant that since no issue was issued to the Respondents at the relevant time, notice of this Application also be dispensed with. It is his submission that having regard to the nature of litigation and reasons given for condonation of delay, it is fit case to condone the delay. 3.

The order which was challenged before this Court in the Writ Petition was in respect of the rejection of reference under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Having regard to the nature of litigation, present Application stands allowed by condonation of delay in terms of 939 CA 11532.2025.odt

prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks. It is clarified that if office objections are not removed, the Writ Petition (ST) No. 16962/2021 shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) ssp 939 CA 11532.2025.odt
