1) The present proceeding is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing review application. The applicant wants to file proceeding for review of the order made by this Court dated 13-3-2014 in Second Appeal No.831 of 2012. This Court has dismissed the appeal. The submissions made show that decision of this Court was challenged by filing proceeding like application for special

2 CA 31665 of 2015 leave to file appeal. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the said proceeding came to be dismissed summarily. Though no copy of the order is produced the fact remains that decision of this Court was taken before the higher Court, Apex Court.

2) In view of these circumstances it is not possible to reconsider the decision on any ground. No relief of any kind can be given. As nothing can be achieved by condoning the delay, so both the applications stand rejected.
