Perused the record and proceeding. The objection notified by the office is that the deficit court fee has not been paid or deposited by the appellant within the time granted for depositing the same. It is the matter of record that about 3-chances have been given to the appellant for depositing the deficit court fees but the appellant failed to deposit the same. There is no representation on behalf of appellant. Thus it appears that the applicant/appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objections. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.

The objection notified by the office has not been removed by the applicant/appellant till this date, hence the application be filed and stands disposed of. The deficit court fee be recovered as per Rules. REGISTRAR (JUDL) cnd.cast14119.14
