Mr. Surwase, learned Advocate for respondent-Acquiring Body submits that the proposal is also forwarded to the Collector, Jalna for acquisition of lands affected in the villages Wanzoli and Vidoli. 2.

As Acquiring Body has already forwarded the proposal for acquisition of lands that are affected of villages Wanzoli and Vidoli, notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 ("Act of 2013) shall be issued pursuant to proposal of the Acquiring Body, preferably within a period of nine (09) months and thereafter acquisition proceedings be completed within time stipulated under the Act of 2013.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
