For the limited prayer of the petitioner, the presence of other respondents is not necessary. Hence, notices are not issued to them.

The petitioner has preferred an appeal against impugned order on 15.01.2020 to respondent No.1, which is pending. The appeal is emanating the proceeding under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. It being a statutory remedy, respondent No.1 is expected to decide the appeal expeditiously. 5.

We dispose of the petition with a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within six months from today.
