This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by non applicant Nos. 3 and 5 - appellant in First Appeal No. 2/2023. The appeal is decided by judgment and order dated 21.07.2025. By way of allowing the appeal, the amount of compensation awarded by the learned M.A.C.T. is enhanced. The insurance company has deposited the amount of enhancement. 2.

Since the applicants are already succeeded in the appeal and the appeal is disposed of, this application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court pursuant to judgment and order dated 21.07.2025 in First Appeal No. 2/2023. The amount be disbursed to all the applicants in equal proportion as per the judgment. 4.
