It appears that the respondent has been duly served through the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dharangaon while he was attending MCA/308/2021 of that Court on 28-04-2022. He had undertaken to remain present in this Court on 02-05-2022 but the record reveals that he did not remain present.

In-fact, by communication dated 08-03-2022, as referred to in the order dated 06-04-2022, the respondent had consented for the transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition from the Court at Jalgaon to Court at Hingoli.

Apart from the fact that the respondent has not appeared for the reasons mentioned in the application coupled with the afore-mentioned communication purportedly addressed by him

2 MCA / 308 /2021 consenting for the transfer, the application is allowed as prayed for. Hindu Marriage Petition no. 364 of 2019 pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon is transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Hingoli for decision in accordance with law.
