This motion is for speaking to minutes of the judgment and order dated 17.10.2025 passed by this Court in First Appeal No.2531 of 2021 and connected applications.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that, Civil Application No.11650 of 2021 has been filed by respondent no.1 for withdrawal of the amount, but, in view of dismissal of First Appeal the same was also disposed off by the above judgment and order. He further

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // -2- FA-2531-2021 (Speaking) submitted that, in fact, in view of dismissal of First Appeal, the said civil application for withdrawal needs to be allowed. 3.

In view of above, clause (ii) of the operative part of the judgment and order dated 17.10.2025 be replaced with the following clause :

"(ii) In view of dismissal of appeal, Civil Application Nos.10624 of 2025 and 11530 of 2025 stand disposed off. Civil Application No.11650 of 2021 filed by claimant for withdrawal of amount is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly." 4.

Order be corrected accordingly.

Accordingly, motion is disposed off.
