Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for respondents.

Learned APP on written instructions from the concerned Police Officer submits that representations filed by petitioner on 06-06-2016 and 03-10-2016 have been decided and N.C. Case is registered. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks directions to respondent No. 1-Superintendent of Police, Beed to handover investigation to any other Police Officer than the Investigating Officer, who is investigating into First Information Report of Crime No. 136 of 2016 registered on 13-05-2016 with Kaij Police Station, Tq. Kaij, District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Learned APP submits that there are cross complaints and the crimes registered on the basis of it are being investigated by same Investigating Officer.

In our opinion, at this stage it is not necessary to issue any directions to the Superintendent of Police as prayed by the petitioner. In case, the petitioner has any further grievance he can file further representation to the concerned Superintendent of Police, and the Superintendent of Police to take appropriate decision keeping in view the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code.
