Upon hearing both sides, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application, however, since the applicant would be an undertrial prisoner, the Appeal may be heard expeditiously, however, the private paperbook cannot be prepared by the applicant/appellant.
