This application deserves to be allowed only to the extent of applicant nos. 2 to 5. Applicants are made parties in a case filed under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. The relief sought in the application is against applicant no.1 - husband alone. Therefore, names of applicant nos. 2 to 5 stand removed from Criminal Misc. Application No. 186 of 2014, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Parbhani. In view of above, the application stands allowed to the extent of applicant nos. 2 to 5.
