This is an application by original claimant for withdrawal of amount deposited by non-applicant no.1 / original appellant - Insurance Company.

It is seen that this Court by judgment and order dated 17th June

(2) C.A. No. 15302 of 2015 2014 has dismissed the First Appeal of the Insurance Company which had deposited amount of Rs. 25,000/- in this Court. 3.

As such, applicant - claimant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by non-applicant no.1 - Insurance Company, in this Court. The said amount be adjusted in the award of compensation. 4.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Member of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambajogai, as well as the appellant - Insurance Company.
