ORDER :

The learned counsel for the applicants on instruction submits that they want to withdraw the applications. Both the applications filed for bail are disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

The applications filed for permission to assist the learned APP are allowed.

In view of the submissions made, direction is given to the Trial Court to dispose of the case within six months from the date of receipt of this order. If the case is not completed within six months, liberty is given to the applicants to approach this Court for bail.
