PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the Division Bench of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad will be available from the month of January, 2016, and hence, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the Petition, so as to prosecute the Original Application No. 387 of 2015. In that view of the matter, the Petition stands disposed of. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks directions to the Division Bench of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the Original Application. We grant liberty to the petitioner to apply before Division Bench of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for expeditious hearing.
