JULY 30, 2025 ORDER :- This is an application for restoration of the petition, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the ofÏce objections. This Court, on 02.05.2024, passed conditional order to remove the ofÏce objections before the stipulated period, failing which the petition was to stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Since there was no compliance of the said order, the petition came to be dismissed. 2.
