By way of this civil application, on a request by the Shirdi Municipal Council, for the purpose of RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) project for managing dry waste, the Ad-hoc Committee of the applicant Shree Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi has resolved to extend funding assistance to the tune of Rs.10,00,00,000/-. 2.

Heard the learned advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant. 3.

It appears that the estimated cost to the project as indicated in the requisition letter signed by the Chief Officer of the

11074.24ca (2) Municipal Council, Shirdi, is more than 20,00,00,000/-. Though the Ad-hoc Committee has resolved to release the payment in a phased manner, in our considered view, unless the Municipal Council is able to generate and incur the remainder cost and unless the project takes an advanced shape in erection, the Ad-hoc Committee may consider granting an approval in principle with a commitment to release money at an appropriate stage.
