Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant / acquiring body in this Court. The learned counsel for applicants relies on the order dated 19th September, 2024 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.9994 of 2024, arising out of the same acquisition proceedings. The amount deposited is only 70% of the total amount of the award. Considering that, the following order is passed:-

The applicants/ claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking
