The applicant/petitioner seeks recalling of the order dated 11/10/2022, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.9680/2022. 2.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the applicant. 3.

By our order, we had declined to accept the prayer of the petitioner, which amounted to seeking a roving inquiry into the allegations made by him against the Authorities of the District Rural Development Committee. Therefore, we had declined to

2323.23ca (2) interfere as the petitioner had no locus to file such application, inasmuch as, no legal injury is caused to him. 4.

The learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner submits on instructions that, this civil application may be disposed off as the petitioner may file a Public Interest Litigation. 5.

In view of the above, this civil application is disposed off. 6.
