8TH JULY, 2015 ORDER:

After hearing the matter for quite some length, since interim relief is operating from 23-12-2014, parties gracefully resile to a situation that it would be expedient and in the interest of parties to have the hearing of the suit expedited and the status-quo as has been subsisting under order of this court dated 23-12-2014 is continued, since the suit is for injunction and as stages in the suit have advanced and the evidence of defendants is going on.

In view of aforesaid, no adjudication on merits is called for. The status-quo as had been ordered by this court on 23-12-2014 to continue until disposal of the suit bearing regular civil suit no. 32 of 2010 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Junior Division,
WP-10894.14 Jamkhed. The suit be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

With directions as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
