The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proposal sent by respondent nos.3 and 4 for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher is pending with the office of respondent no.2.

We direct respondent no.2 to take decision on the proposal forwarded by respondent nos.3 and 4 for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher, if not already taken decision, on its own merits, in accordance with Rules / policy of the State, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to respondent nos.3

(3) W.P. No. 11447 of 2015 and 4. The entire exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from today, as indicated above. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
