DATE : 25/07/2016 PER COURT :- Perused the complaint. We found that there is prima facie case only against applicants no.1,2 and 3. Allegations against other accused are of formal nature. They are not residing in vicinity where the incident allegedly took place. Hence the other applicants can be spared and the case can be dismissed against them.
