Learned advocate for the petitioner insists for prayer clause (B) which reads thus :- (B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondent No.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations dated 8.7.2024 and 22.7.2024 of the petitioner annexed at EXH.C in the light of G.R. dated 23.05.2023, for changing the postings of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies.

Learned advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4, upon instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 8.7.2024 would be decided within six weeks.

In view of the said statement, we dispose of the petition by issuing direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner within six weeks and inform the said decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
