Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Both the courts have prima-facie held that the plaintiff is in possession of the suit property on the basis of sale deed and other evidence produced on the record. The finding is prima-facie and on the basis of the same, injunction is clamped against the defendant to the extent of 53 R. of suit land. The learned counsel for the plaintiff, after arguing the matter for some time, submits that it would be more appropriate to direct the concerned court to decide the suit expeditiously. 3.

In view of the submissions made above and considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial Court at Nilanga is directed to decide the Regular Civil Suit No. 457/21 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within three years from the date of production of this order.
