PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 do not dispute the fact that the petitioners are not paid the amount of commuted pension, however, Counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, submits that the Corporation is in financial crunch and prays that six months' time may be granted to the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to arrange for payment of commuted pension of the petitioners. 2) In view of above, we direct Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to disburse the amount of commuted pension to the petitioners within a period of four months from today.

3) It is needless to observe that the petitioners will be entitled to receive reasonable interest on the delayed payment of commuted pension, whatever is permissible in accordance with the relevant rules in vogue.

4) With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
