The present Civil Application is filed by the applicant seeking relief to issue notice against the Respondent No. 2 by paper publication in daily news paper "Haribhumi". It has been mainly contended by the applicant that the address of respondent No. 2 is the same appeared in the proceeding before the Tribunal. The notice issued by the Tribunal was served on the same address. The address mentioned in the title clause is the last known address of the respondent No. 2 to the present application. Therefore, the notice be issued to the Respondent No. 2 by way of paper publication in daily news paper "Haribhumi". There is no contest on behalf of other respondents to this Civil Application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

ORDER

i] Civil Application is hereby allowed.

ii] Notice be issued to the Respondent No. 2 on the address mentioned in the title clause of this Civil Application by way of paper publication in daily "Haribhumi".

iii] The necessary charges shall be deposited by the applicant with the editor of the concerned news paper against the paper publication.
