The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the caste certificate of Tokare Koli, Scheduled Tribe. The said certificate was not in Form 'C'. The petitioner had submitted proposal for validation before the committee. The original certificate dated 12.07.2004 issued by the authority is submitted to the committee. The committee has obtained an undertaking from the petitioner that the petitioner will submit the certificate in Form 'C'.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

The application of the petitioner for issuance of the certificate in Form 'C' is rejected now on factual aspects.

The petitioner shall obtain the attested copy of the original certificate submitted by him to the committee. The committee shall issue an attested copy of the certificate submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner shall submit that attested copy of the certificate with the concerned authority for issuance of certificate in Form 'C'. The authority shall verify about the issuance of the said certificate from his office and after confirming that the said certificate is issued from his office shall issue the certificate in Form 'C' to the petitioner, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the attested certificate. The petitioner shall also submit an application online to the concerned authority.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
