Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 07/03/2019, passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, in R.C.S. No.252/2005, thereby giving Article numbers to the documents referred by petitioners in cross examination of the respondents.

It is settled legal position that if the document is referred during cross examination, it needs to be exhibited. 3.

In that view of the matter, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. Trial Court shall consider admissibility, proof and relevancy of these documents, at the time of final adjudication, in accordance with law.
