Heard learned counsel for the appearing parties. 2.
While the arrears for the period from February 2016 to January 2018 appears to have been paid, the petitioner is seeking arrears of salary for the period from September 2013 to January 2016. A communication dated 17th February 2018, for said purpose, appears to have been made on behalf of the employer school to the assistant commissioner, social welfare, Beed. It appears that the same is not responded to.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would also make such request within two weeks. 4.
In the circumstances, it would be expedient that the concerned authority may decide the communication and/or request expeditiously.

It is expected that decision will be taken by the concerned authority within eight weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Writ petition, with the aforesaid observations, stands disposed of.
