The applicants are seeking withdrawal of compensation amount which has been deposited by the acquiring body. Though the learned Counsel for the acquiring body resisted the application, but this Court, vide order dated 08th October, 2021 in connected matters, has already allowed the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the

In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (J) of this Court. The remaining amount be kept in FDR, in any Nationalised Bank, till fnal disposal of this appeal.
