This Court holds that stay needs to be granted subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation within 12 weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within 12 weeks it is to be presumed that no stay is granted to the execution of the judgment and award. In those terms the stay applications are allowed and disposed of.
