The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.09.2017 by which the Returning Officer has invalidated the nomination form of the Petitioner. The Petitioner is, therefore, precluded from contesting the election to the Village Panchayat, Ambewadgaon, Taluka Dharur, District Beed.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise a dispute/ challenge the impugned order, before an appropriate forum as may be permissible in law. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
