I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP. I have gone through the petition paper book with their assistance.

By the impugned order dated 16.10.2018, the petitioners have been denied any protection on the ground that they are unconcerned with the property at issue. An order passed earlier by the Deputy Collector (Atiyat) sanctioning succession in favour of respondent - Abdul Raheman at Mujawar, was also considered. 3.

Considering that the property involved is a Masjid and the issue is as to who would be the Mujawar, I do not think that this petition deserves to be kept pending in this Court. The same is, akl/d

The learned Advocates for the respective sides submit that the pending proceedings before the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal (MRT) may be directed to be decided within a time frame. The said request is accepted. The learned MRT shall decide Case No.95/B/2018/Osmanabad as early as possible and preferably on/or before 31.3.2020.
