As per the earlier order, the learned Registrar (J) submitted his report mentioning that parties to the terms of compromise have admitted the recitals in the terms of settlement and accordingly put their signatures thereon. It is also mentioned that the parties have voluntarily entered into the terms of compromise without any undue force. In view of the same, the compromise terms,

{4} marked as "X", are accepted and the decree be drawn accordingly.
