The learned Counsel submits that the proposal is forwarded by Respondent No. 3 to Respondent No. 2 recommending transfer of the Petitioner to the Government Ashram School, Shirad Shahapur. The same is forwarded on 30.08.2021, however, no decision is taken on it as yet.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the Respondents.

In case the proposal is forwarded by Respondent No. 3 to Respondent No. 2 (Page No. 19) and the same is pending with Respondent No. 2

2 wp 13244.2021 then, Respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, as per it's policy, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
