After brief hearing, when this Court is shown disinclination to grant relief of anticipatory bail, the learned counsel for the Appellants seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal and states that the Appellants will surrender before the Investigation Officer of Shevgaon Police Station on or before 11.02.2025.

After the Appellants accused are surrendered, the Investigation Officer may interrogate and investigate in the Crime.
