PER COURT :- By these applications, the applicant seeks direction against the respondent No.1 to deposit balance amount of 50% in this Court. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant invited our attention to various orders passed by this Court and also the Supreme Court. The learned counsel fairly pointed out the order passed by this Court on 24th March, 2017 seeking similar relief by the applicant against the acquiring body for depositing of the balance 50% amount. This court has already rejected the said request by the said order dated 24th March, 2017. The said order dated 24th March, 2017 is not interfered by the Supreme Curt by order dated 20th July, 2017. In these circumstance, we are not inclined to grant any relief as prayed in the Civil Application, to the applicant.

Civil Applications are accordingly dismissed. Hearing of the First Appeal is expedited. Applicant is at liberty to apply for fixing early date, after Diwali Vacation.
