The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause [B] as under:- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dtd 28.06.2018 and G.R. dated 21/06/2023, for changing the postings of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies." 2.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.3

12348.23wp (2) and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representations put forth by the Petitioner would be decided by the Respondents within four weeks.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is satisfied. 4.

As such, this Writ Petitions is disposed off. 5.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 should respond to the representations of the Petitioner within four weeks and convey the decision to the Petitioners in 45 days, in the light of the Circular dated 28/06/2018 and the Government Resolution dated 21/06/2023.
