Delay in filing the Review Petition is about 293 days. The reasons in support of the condonation of delay are set out in the Civil Application. It is indicated that the Review Applicant preferred Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 9798 of 2014 for challenging the judgment under Review, before the Honourable Supreme Court. By order dated 4.8.2014, the petition has been dismissed. It is, therefore, prayed that the delay be condoned. 2.

Shri Shelke, learned Advocate has vehemently opposed the application on the ground that the reasons cited are not satisfactory and the delay does not deserve to be condoned.

In the light of the above and considering the fact that the Review Applicant had preferred proceedings before the Apex Court, the delay is condoned by imposing costs of Rs.1,000/-. Shri Shelke submits that the said costs be donated to the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. As such, the amount be deposited with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on/or before 24.7.2015.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed.
