DATED : 10 JUNE 2022 PER COURT:- This petition is filed simplicitor for direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 13 September 2021 and 4 October 2021 filed by the petitioner at the earliest. 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. By the representation dated 13 September 2021 addressed to the District Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar, the petitioner had sought enquiry into the alleged misappropriation as set out in the said representation and for taking appropriate action including

Learned A.P.P. has pointed out that the matter is under consideration and the information is sought from the Social Forestry Department, Ahmednagar and as per letter dated 7 April 2022 the Assistant Conservator of Forest, Ahmednagar has stated that necessary information will be supplied. Learned A.P.P. submitted that representation will be decided within a period of three weeks.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representations on their own merits within a period of three months.
