The applicants, who are the original claimants no. 1 to 4, have fled this application for deleting the original claimants no. 5 and 6 in the appeal itself since they are no more. However, the appeal is already disposed of. The copies of death certifcates on record indicate that the claimants no. 5 and 6 are no more and they died long back and before the appeal is dismissed. However, instead of deleting them from the appeal, which is already disposed of, remaining claimants
