This Application is filed in Criminal Revision Application St. No. 11479/2024 for condonation of delay of 372 days in filing the said Revision Application, which arises from the order of acquittal dated 6 May 2022, passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class. 3.
With the assistance of learned Advocates for the respective parties, I have perused the Application. From the contents of the said Application, it appears that the delay of 372 days is properly explained. Sufficient case is made out for condonation of delay. In
