The applicant apprehends his arrest in Crime No. 413/2022 registered with Shirpur Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 395, 385, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

First Information Report is lodged by one Siddharth Kadhre against 19 accused persons alleging that all the accused persons have come to his shop carrying weapons. Accused No. 2 assaulted him with sword and amount of Rs. 2500/- was snatched from him. Other accused persons also assaulted the informant and the witnesses who are trying to intervene. Name Bhagyawant Punde

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent. Perused the investigation papers.

In the First Information Report vague and general allegations are levelled against the applicant. The applicant was granted interim protection and he has attended the police station and has co-operated in the investigation. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 15th November, 2022.

Till filing of charge sheet, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer and shall co-operate in the investigation. The applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. [NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.] Bhagyawant Punde
