By this Civil Application, the Applicant prays for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 (Ashok) on record and for condonation of 23 days delay caused in filing this application. The legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 are served. No appearance is entered on their behalf. The learned Advocate appears for Respondent No.2 and graciously submits that some costs be imposed and the same may be donated to the Advocates Association. Calling upon the learned Advocate for the Applicant as to how much costs would be deposited for condonation of delay, he fairly submits that the Applicant would deposit Rs.500/- (Rupees Five

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
