The applicant is original tenant. The proceeding was instituted by landlord for eviction. The Appellate Court accepted landlord's case and passed decree of eviction that has been challenged in present Civil Revision Application. 2.

During pendency of this Civil Revision Application, parties settled the disputes. The applicant/tenant has handed over possession on 07.01.2025 and filed pursis dated 08.01.2025 on record of this Civil Revision Application, which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. 3.

In that view of the matter, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Application. The applicant is present and ratifies the contentions in this pursis.
