Applicant is a lady with responsibility of two year child. She is employed at Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. It is her contention that having regard to the responsibility of minor son, it is practically not possible for her to appear before the Court at Latur.

Applicant has made out a case to indicate that if she is compel to appear before the Court at Latur, she may not be in a position 916-MCA-317-2024.odt

to effectively defend herself in the said proceeding. As such, application deserves to be allowed.
