This Court, by order dated 15/10/2015 passed in Criminal Application Nos. 5378 of 2015 and 5247 of 2015, has granted bail to the applicants.

The applicant-complainant has moved present application seeking recall of the order passed by this Court on

5839.15crapln -215/10/2015 on Criminal Application Nos. 5378 of 2015 and 5247 of 2015 and sought cancellation of bail granted to present respondent No. 2 Subhash Namdeorao Dhulgunde (original applicant No. 1 in criminal application No. 5247/2015).

This Court has passed a reasoned order while granting bail to all the applicants in Criminal Application Nos. 5378 of 2015 and 5247 of 2015 on 15/10/2015. In the circumstances, entertaining the present application seeking recall of the said order dated 15/10/2015 would amount to reviewing the said order. As such, the present application stands rejected.
