Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that confirmation was sought by Respondent No.2 from the Secretary, Urban Development Department about the entitlement of the petitioner for two increments. The communication is received from the Urban Development Department that withholding two increments is not proper.

In view of the said communication, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The respondent shall take steps about giving benefit of 1 / 2

13-WP-10785-16.odt two increments to the petitioner within a period of three months from today. In view of above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
