The petitioners have put forth an identical prayer clause [B], which reads as under :- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at Exhibit C in the light of circular dtd 28.06.2018 issued by respondent no.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representations put forth by the petitioners would be decided by the respondents within four weeks.

In view of the above, the petitioners are satisfied. 4.

These Writ Petitions are, therefore, disposed off. 5.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 should respond to the representations within four weeks and convey the decision to the petitioners, on or before 25th December, 2022, in the light of the circular dated 28.06.2018.
