Heard learned Counsel for applicants and learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that, this Court by order dated 15th January, 2020 allowed respondent No.5 - original appellant to with the matter. In the said order paragraph No.5, this Court has observed that, "The amount if any deposited as statutory deposit and available for disbursement then same be refunded to the appellant" it should be refunded to the "original Pooja K.

{2} 909-CA-2628-2022 claimant Nos.1 to 3". Hence, requested to modify the order, accordingly.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 consented for the same.

Considering the submissions of both learned Counsel, paragraph No.5 of the order dated 15th January, 2020 is modify as under :

"The amount if any deposited as statutory deposit and available for disbursement then same be refunded to respondent Nos.1 to 3 (original claimants)."

The Civil Application is disposed of.
